Direct booking terms
Your stay and total
The checkout summary shows your room, dates, guest count and total in GBP. The minimum stay is one night. Cleaning costs £25 once per stay. A second guest costs £25 per night in rooms that accommodate two people. Room rates vary by date. Select dates to see current nightly rates and the full total. An enquiry estimate does not confirm a reservation or lock a price; the host agrees the final total before booking. Existing confirmed reservations keep their agreed amount. Airbnb prices are set separately.
Payment and confirmation
Full payment is required at checkout. Stripe handles card details. A return from the payment screen alone does not confirm a stay; the website must verify payment. Check your booking status and contact lettings@royaumebnb.com if payment cannot be verified.
Cancellation
Non-refundable: if you cancel your stay, your booking payment is not refunded, except where a refund is required by law or the host cannot provide the booked stay.
Room rules
Follow the rules and arrival/departure times on your chosen room’s page. Contact the host before booking if you need clarification about facilities or accessibility.
Availability
The website checks Airbnb’s exported calendar before checkout and holds your dates while you pay. Calendar imports can be delayed. If there is an availability conflict, the host will contact you; do not make another payment while a paid reservation is under review.
