Your privacy

This website collects the details you enter when requesting or booking a stay: name, email, optional phone number, room, dates, guest count and any enquiry message.

How your information is used

Your request or reservation is stored so the host can manage your stay and respond to you. The host area requires the website owner’s sign-in. An enquiry does not confirm a reservation.

Property-owner enquiries

When you ask about listing or managing a property, we collect your contact details, relationship to the property, property type, town or city, optional postcode, bedroom and guest capacity, optional public listing link, requested services, timeframe and any message. We use these details to review your enquiry and discuss suitable services. Property enquiries are stored in the private host area; they do not automatically publish a listing, create a management agreement or subscribe you to marketing emails.

Payments

When direct payments are enabled, Stripe processes card details on its secure checkout page. The website stores the reservation amount, payment references and status, but does not receive your card number. Your email, stay description and total are shared with Stripe to process checkout.

Calendar sharing

Calendar exports share reserved dates with Airbnb. They contain no guest names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages.

Access and deletion

To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact lettings@royaumebnb.com, including your reference where possible. Records may need to be retained to handle bookings, payment disputes and accounting obligations.
